We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer


Responsibilities:

As a technical engineer at vmedulife software services, it a great opportunity for candidates with a strong troubleshooting approach and technical background to work in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment. The vmedulife Technical Support team assists clients, partners, and employees in troubleshooting issues related to our products and building satisfaction over time.


  • Handle technical queries raised by clients from multiple channels.
  • Provide client assistance promptly and accurately to ensure client satisfaction by using proper procedures for call control, problem resolution, reporting, and escalation.
  • Conduct troubleshooting at the customer site if necessary.
  • Supplement Development team efforts as needed.
  • Use product-specific diagnostic tools and techniques to resolve customer issues.
  • Dial into customer sites to collect and analyze data in the appropriate format as a means to troubleshooting issues
  • Replicate issues, document results, and present issue resolution to customers.
  • Work with Product Development Teams to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Work as a mediator between the Client and Development team.


Required Experience, Skills, and Qualification

  • Must have provided customer support via telephone, and portal to customer service issues
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development (Must aware of HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to articulate technical solutions and how they can solve customer business problems to all audiences including non-technical
  • Understands Complex/ Configurable IT Software Products
  • Ability to Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product
Experience Required :
