Job Summary
We are looking for HR recruiter with a minimum of 1.0 to 2.0 years of industry experience with a target-oriented recruitment approach.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment- sourcing, scheduling, follow-up &, etc.
Understand the overall needs and hiring requirements and source resumes accordingly
Source candidates with the right combination of experience, education, and skills
Locating potential candidates through various job portals and social media sites such as Naukri, Linkedin, etc
Selling the opportunity to the prospective candidate
Close position within given TAT for Required Candidate profiles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Significant experience in Recruitment
The candidate should be open to work on multiple positions within given timelines.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualification
1.0 - 2.0 years of recruiting experience (as an in-house recruiter)
Education: UG/MBA/ PGDM
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well.
Strong experience in creative pipeline generation and qualification.
Results-oriented mindset, motivated by stretch goals.
