Roles and Responsibilities : SAP Module Configuration and Reporting: Manage the design aspects of SAP module configuration and reporting. Translate functional requirements into technical designs, including configuring business objects, methods, containers, and triggering events. Solution Design and Configuration: Map business requirements into SAP solutions by providing solution design and configuration for various SAP logistical modules such as FI, SD, Ariba, MM, PP, QM, PM, and CO. Technical Design and Coding: Perform detailed analysis, design, and coding according to coding standards. Lead the coding efforts and provide technical guidance to the team. Role Resolution Strategies: Develop strategies for role resolution within SAP, ensuring smooth access and permissions for different user roles. Operational Support: Provide operational support to both customers and team members. Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during implementation and maintenance. Requirements: SAP ABAP Development for HANA: Must have in-depth expertise in SAP ABAP development specifically tailored for SAP HANA. Functional and Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP logistical modules like FI, SD, Ariba, MM, PP, QM, PM, and CO. Ability to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical designs. Solution Design: Ability to design effective solutions based on business requirements and configure SAP modules accordingly. Coding Proficiency: Proficient in coding using SAP ABAP and adhering to coding standards. Experience in coding practices that optimise performance for SAP HANA. Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to lead a team of ABAP developers, guide coding efforts, and ensure adherence to best practices. Operational Support: Familiarity with providing operational support, addressing issues, and maintaining the SAP environment. Primary Skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA: This is the core skill for the role, involving development expertise specifically tailored for SAP HANA.
