Pre - Requisites : Must be an Indian Citizen and resident Must have excellent (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills with no MTI. (Versant quality 4/5) Should be flexible with a rotational shift environment (Working Window- 9am to 9Pm). Fixed 9 hours shift. No transport facilities are available. No Meals/ Food Coupons. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle the queries and concerns of the Sellers. Semi - Voice support. Nature of calls are Outbound Tagging the calls on the portal with details. Primary Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: As a seller support agent, you'll be communicating with sellers over the phone, so strong verbal communication skills are essential. You should be able to convey information clearly, listen actively to sellers' concerns, and respond effectively. Customer Service Orientation: Seller support agents need to be customer-centric and focused on providing a positive experience for sellers. This involves understanding sellers' needs, empathising with their challenges, and working to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Product and Platform Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the e-commerce platform or marketplace you are supporting is crucial. This includes knowing the features, policies, and procedures sellers must follow to succeed on the platform. Problem-Solving Skills: Sellers may encounter various issues, from technical problems to account-related concerns. You should be adept at identifying problems, researching solutions, and resolving issues to the satisfaction of the seller. Time Management: Seller support agents often deal with a high volume of calls. Effective time management is vital to handle calls promptly while maintaining a high level of service quality. Patience and Calmness: Dealing with frustrated or upset sellers is common in support roles. Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for maintaining a positive interaction. Data Entry and Computer Skills: Seller support agents often work with multiple systems and databases to access seller information, update records, and log details of interactions. Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is important. Adaptability: E-commerce platforms may undergo updates, policy changes, or technical issues.
