Ui/ux Developer Job in Vivify Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

End-to-end ownership of the UX Process, starting from various Research methods, Persona mapping, Architectures and Journey Maps to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to usability testing. Along with the end users of your projects/products, you would be interacting with Business, Market Research, and Technology teams to map the why, what and who of the assignment.

Coordinate with Business, UX Research and Product Development teams to set standards, style guides, expectations, timelines, human capital allocation, resource allocation, and benchmarks. Leading and mentoring a team of junior and senior UI Designers and being responsible for their development during the tenure of Vivify Healthcare. You shall, therefore, be required to be up-to-date with global trends, best practices and new techniques and, subsequently, educate the team.

Conduct research and deconstruct our users digital interactions and habits.

Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.

Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using { design and prototyping tools: i.e. invision, Figma, Balsamiq, AdobeXD, etc.}

Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.

Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.

Ability to innovatively add new UI components to existing User interface

Ability to customize UI components/libraries and adapt them to the requirements

Ability to build reusable UI components

Have 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in UX and UI design, and are looking for a long-term position. Experience in Health Care digital products is a plus.
Have a strong obsession with developing delightful user experiences, product features, and documentation, through a core DNA built on innovation, design thinking, and UX.

Have proven hands-on capabilities working in a fast-paced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members. You would have sharp attention to detail, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time and resources effectively and efficiently.

Have proficiency in written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analyzing, interpreting, negotiating, and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Are proactively analytical, problem-solving, and calculative aptitude.

A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).

Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.

Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.

Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using {{ Balsamiq etc. }}.

A history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.

Proficiency using Git version control.

Proficiency using the command line.

Excellent Debugging skills using browser console and chrome dev tools
