Order Processing & Customer Enquiry Handling Profile-sanjan Location Job in Viva Composite Panels Pvt Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparing Quotation for the customer for price clearance & to provide product details
• Sharing Stock Details, Dispatch details, Order details to Team Members and Clients.
• Sending Dispatch & Delivery details to customers via mail.
• Follow-up with Warehouse Team for timely order dispatches.
• Sending Dispatch & Delivery details to customers via mail.
• Maintaining Daily Status of the order punched, Trackers.
• Punching purchase order in SAP tool and monitoring till product reach at Customer place.
• Co-coordinating with customer and resolving their queries on daily basis.
• Coordinated with suppliers to ensure that goods are delivered on-time.
• Forecasting and issuing Purchase Order to Domestic Vendors through Management
• Generating MIS report and providing the same with organization Regional Managers
• Followed-up on delivery schedules, payment delays, and invoice queries.
• Invoicing and make dispatching the materials to the customer.
• Circulating daily pending and available inventory report to the team and management.
• Generate Customer/Vendor profile in the tool with source documents.
• Filing POD (proof of delivery) of every order.
• Providing ETA to the customers pending with help of Purchase Team.
• Daily report providing for dispatched items with POD to the Management.

• Candidate must have experience in above JD.

• Candidate from manufacturing industry & ACP Industry will be give first preference.
