Iti Fitter 4-5 Years Experience-sanjan Job in Viva Composite Panels Pvt Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Repairs and checks mechanical defects in water pump (Centrifugal Pump, Mono block Pump, Submersible pumps & Oil pumps & Chemical pumps).
• Iron Works, Cuts, Fits and welds metal using gas and electric welding equipment and TIG Welding.
• Fits and assembles structural framework from material such as angle iron, I-beams and SS.
• Knowledge of all types of pipes & its fittings.
• Machine installation and alignment work
• Removal and fixing of all kind of Bearings and belts
• Maintenance of Cranes
• To follow Preventive maintenance of Machines
• To follow Breakdown maintenance of Machines
• Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, hand grinders and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.
• Removal and fixing of all types gears

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Educational qualification ITI Fitter
• Experience Minimum 4 to 5 year experience
• ACP & CCL industrial experience will be added advantage.
• Candidate must having Knowledge as per above JD.
