Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Providing administrative services to our Subscribers. This would include, however, not limited up to:
Tasks Creations.
Transaction Processing.
Outbound calls to set up Check By Phone, Web Payments with creditors.
Currently Work from Home
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication Skills in English
Sensitized to American Culture/Experience in International BPO
open to Night Shift
Proficiency in Typing (35 wpm)
Ability to handle distressed Customers.
