Job Summary
- Ensure smooth and timely conclusion of sales,
- Assess customer needs, competitor analysis and regular market surveys
- Identify new products as well as market
- Co-ordinate marketing activities within the team
- Graduates with experience in marketing especially in paint and coating industry
- B.E/B.Tech + MBA with minimum 3 years of experience
- Possessing excellent communication skills both internally and outside the firm,
- Readiness to travel and move in the market to understand its complex nature,
- Identify the trends in the market and strategise and implement aggressive marketing and promotional strategies,
- Act as a catalyst in improving customer base,
- Good at forging strong customer relationships
- Analytical thinking and creativity
