5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Net 2.0 - 3.5 and VB.net, WCF, Web Services, ASP.Net ,SQL Server 2005/2008
Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns
Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle using tools such as Visual Studio, TFS.
Exposure to development methodologies such as Agile
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment, quickly learn new concepts and software, be self-motivated, responsible and willing to own an application
