Job Summary Job description Core Skills Requirement - Should have strong hands-on development experience in IBM BAW any version (or) and IBM BPM 7.x or higher version. IBM Process Designer experience - Should have strong experience in developing BPDs, Coach views, Heritage and Client-Side Human Services using PD, developing Integration Services, Web Services and Advanced Integration Services using Process Designer. IBM Integration Designer experience - Should have strong experience in developing SOAP, REST, MQ and Email integration services using IID, developing Mediation Flows, long-running and short-running BPEL processes using IID. Hands-on working experience with IBM Process Portal, Process Admin Console and WebSphere Admin Console. Other Skills - Should have strong hands-on experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries. Must have experience with agile scrum methodologies. Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer. Should have Production support experience like responding to incidents, problem, and change request. Should be flexible to work in shifts (up to 11:30 pm or 2:30 am) and on-call support during weekends.
