Job Summary

Job purpose:

To make outbound calls to potential customers, promote services, and generate sales or leads.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Make a specified number of calls daily as per the set target.

• Introduce products or services to potential customers.

• Answer questions about products or services.

• Generate sales leads and forward them to the sales team.

• Follow up on leads and ensure conversion.

• Update customer databases with call outcomes and details.

• Maintain a log of daily calls, sales, and feedback.

• Provide feedback to the management on customer responses and market trends.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Persuasive and convincing abilities.

• Good listening skills.

• Basic knowledge of the service being promoted.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Proficiency in using CRM software or call centre software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role may be preferred.

• Training in customer service or sales techniques is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

• Typically office-based with the use of a computer, headset, and phone.

• High volume of calls, requiring the ability to maintain focus and energy.


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Telly Caller skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Mumbai

    Required - Good command over English,Hindi
