Roles and Responsibilities - Full Stack Developer

KeyResponsibilitiesAreas:

Serve as the lead technical resource for the Web application development

Supporting the maintenance of the Web application and the development of new features

Maintain documentation and working know into specifications and ensuring development quality and delivery on time

Responsible for real-time issue resolution of issues on production systems related functionality

Work towards maintaining good design and software coding standards and developing efficient application business logic

Work collaboratively with the technical architecture and ensure good unit test coverage

Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency and participates in process improvement initiatives

Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time

QualificationsandSkillSets:

Mandatory

Minimum 10 years experience with 6+ years of experience working with high scale web applications

Minimum of 6+ years (ANY) PHP, Java, Rails, Python, .NET and web development experience along with JS Stack (Angular / React / Vue)

Strong experience with modern HTML/CSS

Competent in web services integrations (REST/SOAP)

Preferred

Experience in Security

Have experience optimizing web server configurations and scaling web applications

Experience with at least one other programming language such as Ruby, Java, Python, Golang is a plus

Extensive knowledge of software build cycles

Experience in working on Agile methodology

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are required for daily interaction with team members

Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment
