Job Responsibility
Conduct HR policy design and harmonisation organisation design, process design and change management.
Deal with senior management in understanding the requirement and work on the application of HR technology to enable change.
Understanding the gaps in the HR policies and procedures from time to time and work on redefining them as and when required.
Responsible for strategic HR development and interventions for the growth of the organisation.
Ensure the implementation of all HR initiatives planned as a part of the annual business HR strategy & plan.
Assist managers in effective talent management solutions related to manpower planning & development.
Driving employee engagement activities on the floor ensuring an increase in motivation & commitment of all employees.
Ensure demonstration of corporate values and ensure effective implementation, communication and advocacy of HR policies and initiatives.
Ensure smooth onboarding/induction of all new employees.
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
Regular audits of employee contracts and records of all employees.
Managing employees connect by regular one-on-one and skip-level meetings.
Implement and monitor performance management system.
Address employee concerns related to policies, performance management, compensation, benefits or any other related issues for employees to ensure satisfaction and promote employee involvement.
Perform a wide variety of record-keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances.
Provides a report on a regular basis and as directed or requested to keep the senior management team informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure exit formalities are completed for all exit cases on time.
