We're setting up a team of 100% remote IT recruiters who are willing to work and can close a minimum of 5-6 positions a month. We expect the recruiter to focus their hiring in their own state of residence and neighbouring states and help us expand our workforce by hiring 100% remote technical talent.
Job responsibilities:
- Utilize a variety of channels (Job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting etc.) to source the best IT talent across the industry.
- Screen and manage end to end recruitment process for your candidates up until onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to both TAT and offer to join ratio numbers.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- You should have at least 3+ years of hardcore IT recruitment experience and should understand various technical jargon to be able to screen candidates effectively.
- You should have access to various portals/phone and the Internet for you to be able to work 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:
1) Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
2) Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
3) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
4) Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
5) Strong Work experience in various IT Technologies.
6) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7) Provide hiring managers with updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity report
8) Handling the first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for Attitude, Academic, experience, & communication skills.
9) Formulating interview schedules, filing reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining a resume database.
10) Strong team player and a lead with a positive mindset to drive results from the team
