Job Summary
- 3+ years of Software development Experience with .NET, ASP .NET, C#, SQL SERVER, ADO.Net , .NET Core technologies
- Good in designing, developing, and implementing Software architecture adhering to the standard software development principles
- Experience in past paced, dynamic, agile software development/maintenance environments
- Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development methodology
- Good in effort estimation of work items
- Product engineering experience preferred but not a must
- Good communicator who can articulate and translate business requirements into technical implementation
- Hands-on with the latest technology and be ready to get the hands dirty
- Lead by example
- Perform code review, apply coding standard and process
- Act as a Conduit between development, QA and product teams
- Good working knowledge of CI/CD environments, TFS, azure, etc.
- Understanding of Cloud Environments will be added advantage
- Ability to work with QA teams to identify, triage and prioritize issues
- Proactive in identifying issues/risks early.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and produce the mitigation plan for the issues and risks identified.
- Communicate Status/issues/risks regularly to the management and all stakeholders.
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Dot Net skill with 5+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Bengaluru
