Embedded : Firmware Engineer, Wifi Radio Job in Vhunt4u

Desired Profile :

• Expertise in embedded C programming
• Expertise in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Zigbee/Cellular Software development.
• Expertise in developing Radio firmware for consumer product
• Expertise in implementing radio calibrations and optimization
• Excellent problem solving abilities and willing to pursue investigations to conclusion
• Understanding of radio systems and system integration (analogue, digital and firmware)
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi 802.11 protocols or similar protocols
• Familiarity with wireless radio technologies and characterization testing with radio test equipment (spectrum analyzer, radio communication test set, etc.)
• Competent in Python, Matlab, Perl scripts, especially within a test environment.
• Understanding RF schematics and PCB design
• Familiarity with test environments, tracking and revision control systems (e.g. Jenkins, JIRA and Git)

Job Description :

• Technical contribution to radio firmware development tasks (requirements, design, code, bring up, unit/system test, documentation, code review and support)
• Understand and improve radio calibrations
• Contribute to the improvement of retrieving, analyzing and presenting low level debug data
• Work with lead Engineers to ensure timely delivery of project
• Investigate real-time radio issues and provide performance improvements/fix to customer
• Contribute towards the continuous development of the team s processes and deliverables
• Contribute towards test system and coverage
