Job Summary
BASIC INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
Position Name:- Deputy Manager - Quality

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Team Lead - PPQA is required to provide process and quality assurance support to a CBU. The team lead is responsible to work with the Team Members - PPQA & Trainee-PPQA to ensure the process & product quality assurance activities are performed and Quality objectives of the CBU is achieved
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design and implement a BPO Quality Management system
- Design templates, tools, checklists and artefacts required for the Quality management system
- Design and implement robust audit framework to test effectiveness of the Quality management system
- Work with the Executive leadership and operations to identify top pain / problem areas
- Ensure all identified projects/initiatives align to overall organizational strategy and objectives
- Identify pipeline of improvement projects and prioritize
- Identify areas of automation in collaboration with operations and automation teams
- Build cost benefit analysis and present to decision makers
- Agree on tangible results/outcomes for each of the initiatives. Baseline current process health.
- Program manage execution of the improvement initiatives along with stakeholders in the enabling functions. Take lead in Planning, staffing, funding and driving the process changes leading to agreed outcomes
- Periodic reporting of status to Delivery leader and necessary stakeholders from the leadership of the organization.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and process implementation amongst the teams of enabling functions
- Conduct appropriate trainings on tools and techniques for process reengineering to enable the teams of enabling functions in successfully executing the projects
- Create appropriate knowledge artifacts and contribute to best practice sharing across the organization
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- 10 -12 years of relevant experience in process design, review and reengineering
- College Degree (Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Management)
- Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt or similar certification like Lean, Kaizen, etc.
- Experience in process automation using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Overall (in years): 10 to 12 years
DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Process orientation: Very process driven with a comprehensive understanding of process review tools and techniques
- Analytic Ability: Excellent analytical, mathematical, statistical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple layers of management within both the corporate and business unit environment; effective written and verbal communication tailored towards the audience.
- Business results orientation: Proactive, able to address business needs and identify risks.
- Organizational awareness: Ability to work with appropriate stakeholders across functions, locations and disciplines; possesses a customer service mindset.
- Active Listening: Listens to others to respond effectively to ideas and questions
- Teamwork and Relationship Management: Team player, maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Prioritization: Effectively prioritizes tasks and takes initiative to identify problems and develop solutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
