Job Summary


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 yrs. of exposure to project, program, and Delivery management for strategic projects/products.

  • Have experience of working with B2B products before.

  • Proven product management track record fuelled by strong leadership and a strategic outlook

  • Attitude to work dynamically in a matrix environment and backed by solid people management skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences located across the globe

  • Proven experience in Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement

  • Candidate must have either strong technology background or proven knowledge in the functional domain with technology exposure

  • Understands IT and business architectural knowledge and exhibits the ability to logically analyze issues, problem, or business functionality

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in Technology related professional course

  • A rational thinker with high ethical standards.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, Agile, competitive environment

  • Self-motivated, proactive, Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Plan and execute product roadmap as envisioned and collaborated with stakeholders

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

  • Do sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives with a focus on the delivery of features

  • Accountable for product delivery, maintenance, and support teams

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Scale, Quality, and business team's requirements to deliver next-generation, high-quality product components

  • Ensuring prompt identification and resolution of delivery issues and accountability for resolving escalated issues according to governance escalation procedures

  • Responsible for People Development, Capacity planning, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder communication

  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
