Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project manager having good technical background with the following skill set
Minimum 2+ years of experience in handling small to mid-sized projects as a project manager (Web / Desktop) with 9+ years of overall experience in software industry.
Excellent communication skills with good spoken / written English. Experience in working and interacting with US/UK customers is a big plus.
Should have experience in project estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, defect management, status reporting.
Should be able to implement optimized processed for small to mid-sized projects which result in assured quality for the customer.
Experience in various software development methodologies suited for small to mid-sized companies.
Should be able to implement various methodologies based on the size, complexity and time available for a project.
Experience in Agile is must.
Should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to counsel and motivate team members.
Past hands on experience in .Net technologies is a big plus.
