The role
We are looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager to drive our customer-centric strategies through our partner sales channel. This role is committed to boosting customer retention and leading impactful initiatives that foster long-term relationships and deliver significant value to our customers through channel partners. A core element of this position involves cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with Enfocus sales partners to achieve mutual success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retention Channel: Overseeing follow-up sales efforts to enhance customer retention and maximize ongoing value.
- Channel Customer Journeys: Crafting and refining the customer experience across every stage of the lifecycle.
- Channel Feedback Loops: Establishing and managing systems to gather actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Channel Impact Follow-Up: Setting up, tracking, and assessing the effectiveness of channel initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
- Case Management: Efficiently managing and resolving customer cases to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:
- Bachelor s degree or 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing
- English speaking and reading
- Understand the importance of good CRM management
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with the printing (or graphic arts) industry is a plus
Qualification : Bachelors degree or 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing
