Job Summary

Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client s requirement.
Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
