Purpose of the Role

This position exists in order to execute the control function in the Purchasing department to monitor the cost and business process within the purchasing department with the objective to minimize the process & financial risk and ensure the targets of overall business strategy & plan derived for Purchasing department met.

Education

• BE/ Diploma

Experience

• Relevant Experience of 2+ years

Business Understanding

• First Principle costing.
• Manufacturing processes and technology knowledge
• Project management
• Supplier base knowledge

Area of Responsibility

BP Activity

Supporting the data providing to the concern sourcing user for Making EEC BP.

Development of New IT processes

Tracking and testing of IT development initiated by Purchasing.

Monthly closing activity

Making of monthly Provision and queries resolution with finance and controlling the PO amendment in line with provisions given to finance on a monthly basis.

Audit compliances

Smooth closer of ISO Audit (once in a year) & Statutory Audit (4 times in a year)
