  • Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goal.
  • To manage the Mid Enterprise accounts end to end for cross platform sales.
  • To design the solutions around various product portfolio.
  • Accountable for managing the Sales (concept selling) in the assigned territories.
  • Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the stiff targets.
  • Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing technical solutions & achieving delivery & quality norms.

Qualification Criteria

  • Must have diploma, degree, MBA would be as added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in the IT Industry.
  • Fair knowledge on the high end Servers, end devices.
  • Must be aware of various high end product range of IBM, Cisco, HP, EMC on various platforms.
  • Should know the fair knowledge on Vmware, Microsoft, and Symantec product.
  • Should demonstrate the independent sale closer.
  • Technology Sales certification would be an added advantage.
