Job description We are looking for a UI / UX Designer to create rich User Experiences for our new products lines. The Designer will work closely with the Product Manager on gathering the user requirements, designing visual elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with the design software and wireframe tools. You will be responsible for creating functional and appealing features and interfaces that solves customers problems. Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product manager and engineers - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements like menu tabs and widgets - Build page navigation elements and search fields - Develop UI mocks-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function - Create original graphic designs (eg: images, sketches, tables) - Prepare and present rough drafts to the internal teams and key stakeholders - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Define standards on fonts, colors and images Skills - At least 3 year of work experience in UI / UX Design or similar role - Portfolio of design projects - Knowledge of wireframe tools (eg: Invision, Wireframe.cc) - Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Excellent teamwork; ability to work with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication skills; ability to talk to different teams, ability to conduct user interviews, ability to demo and explain the key user journeys - Good time management skills
