Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from multiple sources
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies to address them
- Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques is a plus
