Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the team technically & architecturally
  • Translate business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions
  • Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Design and develop distributed software services and solutions (microservices)
  • Design services with a strong focus on high availability and scalability
  • Using API-driven design to unify business functions across multiple teams
  • Optimize application for performance and scale
  • Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them
  • Perform validation and verification testing

Required Skills:

  • At least 6+ years of full stack development experience in web application development and web technologies, with focus on .Net Core, Angular, SQL Server, Micro-services, Kubernetes with MS Azure
  • Full Stack development experience is a must
  • Experience working in healthcare or with healthcare data is a plus
  • Hands on experience on MS Azure is a must
  • Must have exposure to DevOps Culture and strong understanding of Microservices
  • Experience mentoring/coaching engineers, along with overseeing the technical work of other developers
  • Experience writing Unit Test cases
  • Experience in security practices in application development
  • Ability to work across the technology stack (back-end to front-end)
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to convey ideas effectively
  • Must be well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Must have commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
  • Experience in working with geographically distributed teams
  • Bachelor's / Masters degree from an accredited & reputed college/university with computer science background
