Engineer Npd - R&d Job in Varroc Excellence

Job Description 1. Development of NPD Samples & Submitting the same to Customer Identifying the line feasibility & part feasibility to manufacture new product sample Prepare fixture, tooling and gauges check list required for new product manufacturing Checking availability of dies, gauges, fixtures and incase of unavailability procure the same. Taking Trail of FTG to meet cost per component Conducting CFT meeting and ensure Machine availability for Proto-type sample development. Planning for availability of man, material & machine for sample development. Procuring new machine for capacity enhancement Preparing & Maintaining physical master samples Responsible for First off approval. Maintaining product movement in SAP Preparing quality inspection plan Prepare and submit process wise PFMEA documents to customer. Monitoring critical process parameters as per required specifications. Maintaining and submitting process wise reports as per CSR. Ensure 100% Final inspection as per CSR. Handover required quantity to BSR for final dispatch to customer Maintaining records of TGR (Things Gone Right) & TGW (Things Gone Wrong). 2. Manufacturing lead time reduction Prepare plan as per sample submission note for ensuring on time sample delivery to customer Checking availability of dies, gauges, fixtures and incase of unavailability procure the same. Conducting CFT meeting and ensure Machine availability for Proto-type sample development. Planning for availability of man, material & machine for sample development. Preparing & Maintaining physical master samples 3. Preparing for Customer Audit as per Customer Specific Requirement Prepare and ensure Job card, Control Plan, gauges, fixtures, tools for PPAP customer audit Conduct Joint inspection of prototype samples with customer at standard room Coordinate with SAP team for implementing customer specific requirements Preparing inspection agreement and packaging standards mutually agreed with customer. Handover quality signoff to production team for regular production. 4. Implementation and Monitoring of ECN (Engineering Change Note) Conduct feasibility study of ECN Prepare tooling and gauges check list required for new product manufacturing Checking availability of dies, gauges, fixtures and incase of unavailability procure the same. Interacting with customers reading development activities. 9. Maintaining 5S, Kaizen Implementation
