2. Outdoor Recruitment Activities for Commission Base Advisor , Channel Development

3. Obtaining references

4. Researching through different models

5. Taking incoming calls and questions

6. Maintaining the company database

7. Self-sourcing ability minimum 15 advisors on Commission Base

8. Ability to schedule College campus Drive

9. Ability to finalize meetings with Colleges Training & Placement Officer

10. Should have a Two wheeler either scooty or Bike.
