Experience in Sybase AdministrationTechnical Skills Sybase 12x Administration, T-SQL, Linux, Scripting, Database Management. Production Support, High Availability.Managerial Skills Not RequiredLevel ConsultantNo of resources required 1Other experience Maintain servers at the Database level. Upgrade and Apply new patches as required on Database. Setup new Environments for various applications. Monitor Production systems on daily basis. Backup process. Maintain Checklist for monitoring Production and Test systems. Perform tasks as mentioned in the daily checklist. Ensure high availability of applications. Take proactive steps to monitor Logs, Maintenance Scripts. Attend to all queries escalated by Level 0 Phone support team. Work with Operations team on Application Maintenance. Work with Development team to Test and Rollout new releases. Apply Bug Fixes / Patches onto Production and Test systems. Perform Database / Data migration tasks for release management. Follow proper escalation procedure between various teams. Form part of Level 1 support team. Manage and Run production and End of Day tasksExpected Start Date of Work March 2006
