We are seeking an experienced Java Project Lead/Manager to be part of our journey in a full-time capacity. The Java Project Lead/Manager will have an in-depth expertise in the software design, development, and implementation. The candidate should have good skills in software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, and interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge. This includes implementing application specific solutions using API management and Integration software products; leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and participating in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions.

What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience):

• 8-14 years of total technical experience with 3 to 4 years as Project Lead/Manager in large scale development team
• Strong technical expertise and work experience in Java, J2EE, Angular 8, Microservices development, Spring Boot, and 1 year of experience in AWS
• Good Knowledge on Architecture Patterns (MVVM, MVC, SOA, OOAD) & Design Patterns, Re-factoring and unit testing, Code versioning and best practices
• Experience in developing micro services in Spring Boot. Experience in security, transaction, Idempotency, log tracing, distributed caching, monitoring and containerization requirements of Micro services. Experience in developing High Cohesion & Loosely Coupled Micro Services
• Domain Wise Solution design in areas such as insurance, banking, healthcare and retail services. Should have good understanding of one or more of the above areas
