We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be part of our journey in a full-time capacity. Project Manager will have an in-depth expertise in the Project planning, scheduling and end to end project delivery. The candidate should have good technical expertise in Microsoft stack and Azure.

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications etc.

  • Worked on few full HRMS Projects in various verticals (Professional Services, Insurance, etc)
  • Understands HR Core Modules (Leave & Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc
  • Understand the overall processes throughout the HR function and provide Functional expertise of Dynamics 365 (AX Axapta/HR)
  • Responsible for implementing enhancements, configuration changes, reports and integrations within Dynamics 365 or (AX/HR) to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with the business units to develop an understanding of their business processes, assess end user needs and evaluate proposed system related projects.
  • Utilize expertise of application features to recommend solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Test the accuracy and completeness of all enhancements and customizations of Dynamics 365 or (AX/HR)
  • Reviewing and partnering with HR Team to resolve any production support issues that may arise.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with HRMS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday HR) preferably MS Dynamics 365.
