Architect Azure Data Job in Valuemomentum

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
• Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features.
• Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
• Educate staff members through training and individual support.
• Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner
• Provide data architecture design with a full life-cycle development from functional design to deployment
• Architect and Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
• Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy
• Assist in defining, estimating, and shaping technical solutions using best practices.
• Examine and identify Datawarehouse structural necessities by evaluating business requirements.
• Prepare accurate Datawarehouse design and architecture reports for management and executive teams
• Guides the team and provides solution in case of technical challenges
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Data warehouse implementation experience.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• Have an overall work experience ranging between 12-15 years in Azure cloud computing including big data technologies
• Experience with deep understanding in both traditional and modern data architecture and processing concepts, including relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), Data warehousing, big data (Hadoop, Spark, Storm), NoSQL, and business analytics
• Consultative/complex technical deployment projects (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions) Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
• Architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of complex application architectures (i.e. having an architectural sense for connecting data sources, data visualization, structured and unstructured data, etc.)
• Hands on experience in Azure SQL DB/DW, HD Insight, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, Stream Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and CosmosDB.
• Recently worked 2 years of experience in delivering large scale Azure projects
• 5 years real time and streaming experience in Azure based data solutions
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience of designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Azure including Azure Data Lake Analytics Azure Data Warehouse Streaming Analytics Data Catalog
• Should have experience designing service management orchestration monitoring and Management requirements of cloud platform
• 3 years of experience in migrating large volumes of data using standard Azure automation tools from on premise and cloud infrastructure to Azure Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines with specific references
• Experience in ETL Architecture
• Experience in Data Vault 2.0 Design
• Experience in Data Modeling
