Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Technical Leader Job in Valtech

In your role as a SFCC / Demandware - Technical Leader, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Digital commerce practice, and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

A seasoned professional with 6-9 years of industry experience with a spread of 3-4 years of web development experience with emphasis on e-commerce platform implementations. 2+ years experience supporting/Enhancing E-commerce solutions and2+ years of experience in designing, implementing and migrating E-commerce solutions.

Technology:
SFCC B2C architecture, implementation and rollout experience
Enterprise-grade implementation of SFCC including integration of internal and external apps to deliver an omni-channel experience.
Hands-on in backend code of SFCC.

Certification: Certified Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer

Domain: Retail, pure play eCommerce B2C.
Methodology: Experienced in agile project and engineering processes, MVP.

Leadership:
Coached & mentored a small to mid team.
Can proactively initiate actions.

Soft skills:
Very good verbal and written communication.
Ability to explain a concept clearly to stakeholders of different types and levels.

Understand and perform best coding practices
Perform complex in SFCC / SFRA Back end development
Demonstrate solid domain expertise in Retail, eCommerce B2C / B2B
Conduct workshops with customer team
Guide a team, and help solving technical problems
Practice best agile & engineering process and practices to deliver
