Salesforce Commerce Cloud - B2c (sfra) - Architect Job in Valtech

In your role as a Salesforce commerce (SFRA) - Architect, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Digital commerce practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do
A seasoned professional with 10-16 years of industry experience with a spread of 5-7 years of web development experience with an emphasis on e-commerce platform implementations. 5+ years of experience supporting/Enhancing E-commerce solutions and 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and migrating E-commerce solutions.

Technology:
SFCC-SFRA B2C architecture, implementation, and rollout experience
Enterprise-grade implementation of SFCC-SFRA including the integration of internal and external apps to deliver an omnichannel experience.
Hands-on in the backend code of SFCC-SFRA.
Experienced in conducting workshops with the customer team.
Domain: Retail, pure-play eCommerce B2C.
Methodology: Experienced in agile project and engineering processes, MVP.

Leadership:
Perform tech leadership roles at an architect role.
Conflict resolution.
Coach & mentor the team.
Can proactively initiate actions.

Soft skills:
Very good verbal and written communication.
Ability to explain a concept clearly to stakeholders of different types and levels.

Build a Salesforce commerce (SFRA) practice responsibility and accountability:
Be part of Core Team for SFCC in Valtech world, build competency in SFCC-SFRA with Valtech APAC region
Build capacity in SFCC in India offices
Define and set up technical standards for SFCC-SFRA solutions, setup tools, and systems required for excelling in SFCC

Sales Support:
Assist in SFCC sales efforts: solution proposal building, estimating, planning, and customer interactions
Define and refine ideas of accelerators that can provide a competitive advantage to Valtech in the sales process; build accelerators in MVP evolutions

Delivery responsibility and accountability:
Conceptualize, architect, and design solutions for customers that meet customer business objectives, cost, timeline, quality, and MVP
Lead the delivery from a technology perspective and delivery
