Hcl Commerce (wcs) - Senior Developer / Lead Developer Job in Valtech

In your role as an HCL Commerce (WCS) Senior Developer / Lead Developer, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. What you do

A seasoned Senior Developer / Lead Developer - Websphere Commerce(WCS) with a minimum of 4+years of industry experience of developing Cross-platform mobile applications minimum since the last 3+ years with below spread of skills and attributes.
Proficient with WCS V8 or above and Java
Frameworks: WCS, JSP, JavaScript
Web services: Restful, WCF, SOAP, and Web API
Good to have knowledge of Azure DevOps
Playing a role involving sufficient communication, analytical presentation skills, problem-solving skills, and learning attitude.
Need to be able to work independently to deliver the tasks assigned.

Effective practicing below:
Effective OOPs skills
Ability to breakdown assigned stories into tasks, prepare query logs, and perform other process activities
Good in verbal, written communication

What we ask for

Experience in WebSphere Commerce Version 8.0+ from requirements analysis through deployment and transition to support
Experience in J2EE architecture and development including Servlets, EJBs, JMS, and JSP, web services, XML processing tools, JavaScript and HTML
Deep hands-on experience in WebSphere Commerce subsystems - Trading, Catalog Management, Order Management, Member Management Sub-system, etc.
Strong understanding of the WCS run-time framework, Struts, front-end components, WCS tag libraries, WCS EJB, and Web Services
Experience packaging and deploying Java applications using WebSphere Application Server
Experience in application architecture, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of web-based application using Java
Experience with object-oriented principles and concepts
Experience testing Java and web-based applications, including unit, integration, system, and customer acceptance testing based on defined test plans with specific requirements-driven test cases
Experience in development and deployment in a multi-tiered and multi-server application architecture
Experience with application servers and web services
Experience in using DB2 and developing and executing SQL.
Experience in application development using WebSphere Commerce
Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Commerce projects are required
