Job Summary

Shall be responsible to Assist in drafting the patents applications of different APIs, Evaluation of Patents and to perform Infringement Analysis of patents. Carry out literature searches and assist in the preparation of regulatory dossiers.

Minimum Requirements

Ph D/M.Sc-Org. from a reputed university or institution with similar experience in IPR Department of a reputed company / Attorney firm. Basic knowledge of patent laws prevailing in the USA and European Union countries will be preferred

Qualification

B.Sc, M.Sc

Experience Required :

4 to 6 Years
