Working on key Strategic Initiatives for the BPO organization in India. Initiatives span from areas of Costing and Finance to Strategic Functions like identifying alternate locations for the BPO, Best practises across Centers, People Related: Leadership Development. Identify and access new market opportunities and define entry startegiesDefine market positioning, define differentiation criteria vis-avis competitors. Assess partnership and M and A strategies to support go - to market efforts Build thought - leadership on outsourcing and FandA process management Develop tools and templates to support the companys deal pursuit and devlivery efforts.

Minimum Requirements

Resposible for supporting BPO organizations strategy function through reaserch and analysis of BPO markets Analyzes the competitive environment and furture trends.
