Job Description
Visual Designers create holistic digital aesthetics that translate across platforms. They are concerned with how an application/website looks and feels to the user, and whether this look and feel matches the brand vision. Visual Designers are expected to be collaborative, as they typically engage with other Visual Designers, UX Designers, Prototypers and Product Managers to bring client s digital vision to life.Primary Responsibilities
Working in the early concept phase like creating and developing concept sketches.
Prepares low fidelity prototypes for mobile apps/websites (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.
Presents high fidelity designs/mockups for review/iteration/approval.
Delivering through the design phase (creating and managing the development of visual style guides, comps, animations and other visual prototypes).
Completing designs and handing off to a development team (pixel-perfect visual specifications, guidelines and communication with engineers).
Developing user experience and visual design solutions that work across Services and the product teams with a focus on innovating the visual and motion language (including conceptual thinking, grid, typography, colour and overall patterns).
Creating and presenting design solutions and strategies.
Work closely with the development team to ensure UI aspects of the delivery in-line with provided requirements
Required Skills/Experience
A great online portfolio of recent and current projects demonstrating experience in Visual Design , UI Design.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing for all digital mediums including web, mobile, desktop, and native software.
The ability to refine other people s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Proven experience in graphic design, layout and typography skills
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Tools, Sketch etc.,)
Knowledge of delivery process (slicing, layering, creating specs) is compulsory
Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in challenging timeframes.
Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
Attention to detail

Excellent conceptual skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
Self Starter, able to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
Good presentation skills, ability to package material.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with animations.
Qualifications
Must have Formal degree in Bachelor in Design (B.Des) / Master in Design(M.Des) with Specialization in Visual Communication Design
Proficiency in spoken and written english is essential
