Requirements

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, quick learner, and keen observer
• Self-motivated individual with experience collaborating with global teams
• Expertise in cloud platforms (primarily AWS, Azure), IaC tools, CI/CD tools, observability and monitoring tools, scripting, and automation
• Experience in effectively prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and overseeing complex projects
• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues across systems, networks, and pipelines.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, manage time, organize project deliverables, and organize reports
• Experience working with technologies such as web applications, micro services, web apis (REST/GraphQL), databases, etc..

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with global teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication to address technical and operational needs.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate critical tasks to senior management, ensuring DevOps efforts align with business goals.
• Continuously work on organizing, maintaining, and enhancing systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor and guide team members in performing observability tasks, ensuring proper monitoring and health checks across systems.
• Ensure that the team follows best practices for Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining operational stability.
