Job Summary

You ll play a pivotal role in Upler's Mission to Connect global remote working opportunities with top Indian talent . You will help establish Uplers as a known brand in the global market. This role is for someone looking to create an impact by way of using a creative and data-driven approach to build and scale a high-performing marketing team.

How your day would look like at Uplers?

Over the next 3 years, our aim is to achieve 10X growth. You ll work closely with our leadership team and will help materialize our marketing goals in line with business objectives.

You will be working on

  • Develop and implement a cohesive brand & marketing strategy to increase awareness &interest generation.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Design and review the Marketing department s budget.
  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events.
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company s objectives.
  • Understand & leverage data, a strong bias toward execution at speed, and strong collaboration
  • skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results.
  • Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CMR/Marketing Automation tool and processes.
  • Help create a fun, high-energy work environment.
  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies.

We are looking for

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior roles.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful marketing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • from the ground up.
  • Solid knowledge of digital channels, content/social marketing, SEO, web analytics and
  • Google Adwords, influence marketing, affiliate marketing, tech exhibitions, and road
  • shows globally.
  • Experience with CRM software, marketing automation, digital marketing tools and
  • techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with a high degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go-getter
  • attitude.
  • Excellent communications & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.
  • Experience in HRTech, SAAS, Recruitment, Staffing, or IT industry is a plus.
  • Willing and open for domestic & international travel as and when required
