Sr. Manager (content & Pr) Job in Uplers
Lead Content and PR vertical, agencymanagement, and setting KPIs. Develop, and execute content and PR strategy with all stake holders. Ensuring the brand positioning, vision, and mission along with the product are well communicated and defined across all channels impact-fully. achieved through PR, Engagingcontent (across media ), and events. should deliver a positive impression of our brands, promoters and drives traffic to our websites/ SM, and impact NPS and SOV.
How your day would look like at Uplers?
- To lead create, edit & execute oversee Content & PR strategy across media
- Innovate & integrate campaign /PR across multiple channels, while maintaining consistency and evolving brands voice & tonality
- Responsibility for all deliverable KPIs for writing, editing & working with teams (Internal & external)
- Ensure quality, clarity, and consistency In regard to Brand Tonality / Positioning
- Collaborate with brand, product, Events, and sales managers to create promotional concepts
- Manage and allocate all content and PR activities as per the approved budget
- Maintain P&L for all PR activities
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboard
Copywriting:
Website articles
- Working with the different stakeholders, ensuring to stay updated in regard to Marketing Campaigns, creating and maintaining a calendar of website content for the Group's brand, and if anything needs to be updated on regular basis.
- Work directly with SEO and Social media team to update and upload content and make sure all the keywords are intact as per the SEO strategy
- Manage promoters and BOD profiles across channels
- Blogs: Propose & get approval on Topics / Write & edit Blogs and maintain a calendar monthly / Quarterly
Brand
- Develop & deliver copy requests, including Company Profile,Website Content/assets, Brochures /manuals if required
- Collateral Content for Brand Event /Participation,Video Scripts etc.
- Ideas & content for Webinar s / Podcast etc.
- Writing/ Edit & Produce Brand Presentation
PR
- Take the lead in PR activity
- Develop content development and execution road map and strategy
- Draft press releases and comments for release to the media.
- Develop positive working relationships with core trade and local media.
- Scope and suggest speaking / Events opportunities for senior members of staff and provide support with messaging and scripting if required.
- Oversee all content planning and development across verticals
- Maintain Profiles for Brand and Promoters
- Promotes and attends special events and functions; promotes and reports on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.
- Arranges for photography / Videos for press coverage or special events.
- Deliver SOV and NPS.
- Ensure achievement of all KPIs are delivered by agency/vendors
Social Media
- Work on Marketing / Brand Social Media Campaigns
- Need to work closely with the Brand Marketing head, to promote content across social networks, including LinkedIn Facebook, and Twitter
- Work closely with the ORM team, to respond to social media comments
- Manage all pitch and content for brand influences etc
- Act as an advisor on social media engagement by proposing influencers to follow and potential social media posts to boost engagement and traffic to our websites.
Competition Analysis / Mapping across Content marketing / PR
- Competition Analysis
- Review & reflect changes in copy standards
- Participate in brainstorming ideas for the client
- Translate concepts & creative briefs into finished copy
Skills Required
- Bachelor s Degree preferred
- Understanding of PR& content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing editing and hands-on writing ability along with campaign planning and execution through a PR agency
- Ability to envision creative ways to leverage media & technology
- Strong WordPress and or editing or grammar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention in detail (Tonality/ Grammar / Punctuation s & maintain consistency)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
