Senior Architect Job in Uplers

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience with proficiency in Micro services Architecture, DDD, Data Modeling, MVC, DevOps, Code Review

How your day would look like at Uplers?

• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team.
• Oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.
• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Approve final product before launch.
• Work as an architecture expert and helps in setting up DevOps workflow to automate the delivery process in a production environment.

• 5 - 7 years of development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience as a technical architect.
• 5+ years of experience in code profiling, code review, and hands-on experience using Best Patterns and Practices
• Solid knowledge of .NET Framework 4.5 or higher, C#, MVC, WCF Web Services, Windows Workflow, Visual
• Studio 2015 and higher, REST, SOA, object serialization for XML/JSON, MVC & DB.
• Strong experience in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and at least one NoSQL database such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and CouchDB.
• Exposure to performance tuning of SQL, PL/SQL Open API/Swagger will be preferred.
• Data modeling and design experience.
• Ability to use configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment
• Experience in Microservices Architecture & DDD. Good experience in converting Monolithic to microservices architecture.
• Expertise in the cloud AWS (AWS RDS, DynamoDb or Redshift, etc.) or Azure.
• Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Work with a scrum team in an agile environment to deliver software release sprints.
• Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensure that architecture standards are followed.
