Job Summary

Digital Marketing Manager (Operations & Data analyst) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing processes for measuring marketing performances, deliver proper and correct data/trends analysis, maintaining coordination across marketing verticals and eternal verticals within and outside the organisation. He/she will be also responsible to ensure smooth functioning and reporting of GTM plan. He will develop and deliver reporting dashboards and control/report marketing budget,

How your day would look like at Uplers?

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, EPM, Salesforce and GA) used to generate, distribute and report on leads
  • Establish and maintain processes/SOP's that ensure the best practices in campaign and lead management if required
  • Create dashboards and maintain metrics reports on marketing campaigns and lead generations tools
  • Create & maintain coordination between multiple departments for campaigns and executing GTM timeline
  • Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
  • Monitor campaign to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring
  • Present analysis for all business/campaigns
  • Maintain and coordinate with external partners and vendors
  • Evaluate new technologies and add on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Responsibilities:
  • Aligning and reporting all the functions/activities of brand marketing to Director Brand Marketing
  • Responsible for all analysis and reporting through tool/GA/SF etc and develop marketing reporting dashboard
  • Maintain and coordinate with external partners for planning & execution within SLA & SOP
  • Keep track and maintain budget and PO/payments, etc
  • Track deliverable as per the plan vs KPI dept. wise (Content/SEO & SEM/ BTL/Partners)
  • Make sure smooth execution of GTM strategy as per the plan & reporting

Skills Required:
  • In-depth hands on experience of GA/SM/EXCEL tools
  • Outstanding analytical and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing automation systems & execution
  • Excellent Organizational & time management skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing Campaigns/ Social Media/ Reporting parameters/ Email Marketing
  • Understanding of Consumer segmentation & campaign planning
  • Understanding & knowledge of Marketing automation tools
  • Hands-on with marketing budgeting & vendor management
  • Understanding of ORM
  • Excellent people skills, coordination and exceptional skills
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Digital Marketing/Operations
  • Minimum 8 years of experience

Qualification Degree:

  • B.Tech- CS/IT
  • B.Tech- Any
