Role Summary

You will play a crucial role in the success of ourcompany by contributing to, as well as driving, high-quality releases andseamless user experience to our users. In this role, you will lead performancetesting efforts across different product lines and engineering disciplines toidentify performance related issues in the applications and present yourfindings to other teams in the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Managers and Developers to define the performance goals, testing strategy, performance test plan, and test cases
• Grow and evolve our performance tooling and testing processes to ensure tests are customer-like and representative of real-world scenarios
• Communicate test results and analysis to Engineering, Operations, Product teams
• Build and lead test automation implementation and provide guidance on testing approach for new feature development.
• Support the Engineering teams with tools and frameworks to enhance system performance, scalability and stability.
• Help and guide other teams develop their own performance test plans and scripts.

Skills Required

• 5-7 years of Hands on Experience in Performance/Automation Testing
• 2+ years of dedicated Experience in performance Testing of RESTful APIs
• Fluent in Gatling.io and JMeter.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
• Hands on experience in any Object Oriented Programming Language (Scala/Java)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with engineers, product owners, and development managers across teams
• Experience in statistical analysis is a strong plus.
