Hospitality Manager

Upaya Yoga School is looking for a proficient Hospitality Manager.

The ideal candidate is a professional with strong organizational and communication skills, proactive and meticulous.

The role will include some customer care duties, in addition to the support and supervision of the School day-to-day running.

You will also be the major point of reference for the guests ensuring them a pleasant stay through a prompt and smooth attendance of their requests.

You will report to the Directors.

Main responsibilities:

Attend phone calls and emails daily providing a high level of customer service and maximizing the queries.

Covert the queries into bookings.

Drafting of weekly reports on the booking status to submit to the Directors.

Daily care of the school guests to guarantee their enjoyable stay in all aspects.

Organize and supervise the housekeeping team and receptionist work to guarantee the efficiency and smoothness of their activities.

Verification of all billing activities and inventory and drafting of weekly reports accordingly.

Support the teachers team and taking note of more complex queries for submission to the Directors.

Ensure that the shala and all other communal areas are nice and tidy throughout all day.

Ensure that a superior standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and accuracy is maintained regularly in the School.

Take note and arrange promptly a solution for any maintenance issue which may arise daily in the School.

Respond to any emergency situations as requested by the School.

Experience and skills:

Highly self- motivated, and career-driven.

Team Player with excellent communication skills.

Problem-solving aptitude and versatile.

Minimum 2years experience in a similar managerial role.

Minimum 1year experience in customer service with international clients.

Experience dealing directly with foreign customers.

Professional email and telephone manner.

Personable, neat and well presented.

At least basic understanding of the Yoga industry and interest in this sector and discipline.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma in HM (compulsory).

IT literacy - competent with the use of Microsoft Office (compulsory).

English Certification (optional).

Yoga Certification (optional).

Salary and Benefit:

240000/ 300000 Rupees Yearly

Provident Fund (PF)/ Paid leaves

Full-time Monday Saturday

8:30- 6:00 pm (longer hours might be occasionally required)
