Job Summary: As the Business Development Regional Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives in your designated region. You will lead a team of dedicated Business Development Managers and collaborate with various departments to create an outstanding living experience for students. By forging strategic partnerships and cultivating strong relationships, you will ensure our company's continuous success and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities 1. Regional Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of the region. This includes market analysis, competitor research, and identification of growth areas. 2. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding agents' onboarding targets, negotiating contracts, and securing new business partnerships within the region. 3. Team Leadership: Manage a team of Business Development Specialists, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team objectives. 4. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and regulatory changes in the student accommodation sector to develop and maintain a competitive advantage. 5. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, colleges, educational consultants, and student organizations, to generate referrals and explore collaboration opportunities. 6. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services. 7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and regional market data, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management to inform decision-making processes. 8. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company's offerings and operational efficiency.
