Job Description

• Implementation, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and administration of IT infrastructure an
• Responsible for day-to-day system administration
• management of the rollout and support of end-user devices
• Manage security operations to ensure the integrity and compliance of company infrastructure and data.
• Manage IT disaster recovery strategy
• Develop and lead the infrastructure replacement process at end of life.
• Maintain server uptime consistent with Business goals and requirements.
• Revise policies wherever required to improve the service level quality and efficiency.
• Direct involvement in incidents or problems that cause service impact and acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner. Ensure timely delivery of projects assigned.
