Require an experienced Senior US Tax and Accountant (Team Lead)( 5-6 years ), should be a self starter and have experience in handling a team

The job requires developing the team under him and assign and review the work on daily basis.

The candidate must have Good Communication Skills both written and spoken

Accounting and Book keeping

- Review accounting and bookkeeping process from journal entries to financial statement including bank reconciliation, account payable and receivable.

-Finalization of Books of Accounts

- Company year-to-end closing; preparing annual tax report.

-Maintain the chart of accounts, Depreciation Schedule

Taxation

-Knowledge of W-2 and 1099 processing for vendors.

-Reviewing and Preparation of Partnership (1065), Corporation (1120), S Corporation (1120S), Individual (1040) and Fiduciary & Trust (1041) Tax Returns on U.S. Tax packages (Federal & State Tax Returns) Multistate and local tax returns.

- Knowledge of payroll and pay bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly and quarterly payroll taxes, including 940 and 941 form, state sales tax filing and unemployment insurance tax filling, labor and industries quarterly reports.

- Have experience to assist clients in responding to IRS correspondence and resolving the issues addressed.

- Review of Foreign filing requirements & preparing forms 5471, 5472, 8832 and Fincen 114.

Working knowledge Quick Books online and Desktop (Accounting Software)

Working knowledge of various US Tax packages like Ultra Tax CS, CCH ,Drake, Proseries, Lacerte, Taxwise which are commonly used by CPA s Firms across United States.

Tax Accountant Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Sr. tax accountant or similar role.
• Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software.

In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
