What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities :
6+ years of experience in Citrix infrastructure administration
Education : B.E / Any Graduate / Diploma


Very strong knowledge and working experience on

?Good Hands on experience with Xendesktop 7.6 & Citrix XenApp 6.0 & Higher versions
?Knowledge of Advanced administration, maintenance of Citrix infrastructure and published applications and desktops
?Managing Citrix PVS environment, vDisk update, Troubleshooting PVS issues.
?Day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environments
?Maintain and Configure Citrix Storefront/Web Interface
?Good hands on experience in troubleshooting Citrix issues. Resolves complex tickets related published applications, desktops and other Citrix related components
?Troubleshooting the Citrix User related issues / Infrastructure issues.
?Maintain Citrix Data store, license servers, and Zone Data Collectors
?Basic knowledge on PowerShell commandlets, scripting, and general automation activities
?Knowledge on VMware vSphere infrastructure / AD / DNS /DHCP /GPO
?Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server in an enterprise network environment
?Certification CCAA
?Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management
?Should be able to plan and schedule changes as per client requirements.
?Good knowledge on ticketing tools SNOW, ITSM, HPSM
?Good communication Skills
?Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model )
?Provide on call support if required. May function as a Shift Leader.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications :

University degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

Proficient in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application.

Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.

Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.

Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
